I know legumes are considered inflammatory ;but, as a vegan… this limits my protein choices. Any advice? (I’d really rather not eat meat or eggs.) Thanks.

Quinoa is a great source of protein. I usually eat it instead of rice. The company Ancient Harvest also makes a box of quinoa flakes. I eat it for breakfast with blueberries, bananas and strawberries every morning.
