Hi There,

My son has been on the LEAP diet for 3 weeks and I’m in love with it. Now I want my husband, daughter, and myself to get our blood drawn. How do I get lab kits?

Do I have to do through a health care practitioner? I understand it now and don’t really need anyone to explain it to me.

The LEAP/MRT testing can be ordered without a physician signing off on it. Pricing for the test depends on the panel that you would like to order, but most tests will run between $300 - $700. To get test kits, you will need to call the Oxford Biomedical Technologies company that runs the test at 888-669-5327. You can order the testing directly from them. You can also get more information about the testing on their website:

The testing is a blood test that will require you to go to a special draw center to get your blood drawn. Once you order the test kit, you will need to take it into a pre-approved blood draw center. There is a draw locator page on the Oxford website that will help you find a draw center location that is close to you. Once the blood is drawn, it has to be shipped into the company on the same day that the blood is drawn via FedEx. You can also get more information about the testing by visiting the link above.
